THE 2011 CALAIS VILLAGE BOARD OF DIRECTORS!
SPECIAL THANKS TO THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS: "Thank you for keeping Calais Village financially sound and fully funded. In these unprecedented economic times, there are few associations that are in good shape. Calais Village is ONE OF THOSE FEW. Fully funded and financially sound. I like that. Thank you for volunteering your time and resources. You care and it shows."
The meetings are held at the Suncoast Cathedral. Notice of the meetings are posted on the community bulletin boards. If you would like to watch a broadcast of the meetings online, send me an email at dennis@calaisvillage.org so I can send you the link and password. No charge, just a favor to my good neighbors. Hopefully, I can make the recordings available on demand.
Time to paint! Tired of the same old white (or is it gray?) color scheme? There is a mailing regarding the ability to change the paint colors of our buildings. Please respond, as a 75% vote is required to consider changing the colors. We surely would benefit from an updated paint scheme.
The elections are upon us. Click here for some personal insight into what is going on. If you care about Calais Village, you need to vote for the candidates that will continue to take care of the community.
The Suncoast Cathedral reportedly has given permission for Calais Apartments to run drainage through the church property. This is good news.
As a reminder, the speed limit in Calais Village is 15 mph. Thank you for being courteous and considerate.
